Our Return Policy  

We truly value you as a customer and sincerely appreciate you choosing to shop with CUF.  Please familiarize yourself with our new return policy and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

We try to be thorough in our descriptions of items but realize you occasionally may still have questions. Please reach out to us at info@cufboutique.com with any question you have about any item and we will be more than happy to assist you. You will get a response within 24 hours.

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Orders made from outside the US.
  • All custom art pieces, art prints.
  • All art printed items.
  • All custom painted art items. 
  • Any item with custom artwork featured on it.
  • Jewelry

  • Pillow cases

  • Hair Accessories

  • FINAL MARKDOWNS (any item 50% off or over)

 

ANY ITEM NOT LISTED ABOVE will be accepted for a return within 7 days of receipt of your item (if one order was sent in multiple packages use the arrival date of your last item to arrive) with the option for you to return by same method of payment.

Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth and successful return process.

  1. Any item being returned for a refund must :

Have all original tags in tact.

Must not show any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup marks, stains, tears or rips.

Must not have any smell of smoke

Must not show any signs of being spot treated or washed.

2. Email us at info@cufboutique.com stating you wish to return. Include:

Your order number

Item(s) you’re returning

Reason

3. We will email you back with authorization to fulfill your return.

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the CUF team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

If any item returned is determined to be in breach of the qualifications listed above it will be returned back to you and you will forfeit the ability to have your return processed.

Other notable information about returns:

  1. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you always use a carrier that will provide a tracking number as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items in transit from your location to ours.

  2. There will be a 20% restocking fee incurred per item per transaction. As a courtesy to you we will wave the restocking fee of your first 2 items returned in your customer history.

  3. We reserve the right to determine whether a customer is abusing our Return Policy at which time we reserve the right to ban any customer from any future returns.

  4. We currently do not offer exchanges. 

  5. Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, return packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned or has tracking status “return to sender” or “undeliverable” will be automatically refunded. The exception to this is any custom artwork, art prints, art printed items or custom painted items. 

  6. We strongly suggest that if you have knowledge of your personal address being one with constant confusion when it comes to receiving mail or shipments, or a history of lost items, please use an alternate reliable address of a friend, relative, or work, if you are ordering custom art work, art prints, art printed items, or customized painted items since we will NOT be held responsible, or issue any refund of any kind if we receive an "undeliverable" notice or an order that is claimed to be returned to sender that is any of the previous listed items. 

  7. If we have actually received the item back into our physical possession we may be able to extend a courtesy refund of the amount paid minus shipping costs. However, this in no way should be interpreted, nor is it meant as, a guarantee..

 

We reserve the right to revisit and change our return policy at any time, however, we will always put that change in writing. In case of our policy being changed between your time of purchase and actual receiving of your purchase, the policy held forth in our written and posted Return Policy at the time of purchase will be upheld for the related purchase with screen shot of said policy.

WE MUST CLEARLY OUTLINE AND UPHOLD THE STRICT LANGUAGE OF OUR  RETURN POLICY AS FULLY STATED ABOVE. HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY VALUE AND APPRECIATE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. WE WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO WORK WITH YOU IN A WAY THAT IS FAIR AND CONGENIAL IF ANY OUT-OF-THE-ORDINARY SITUATION OCCURS.
